  I am experiencing depression in a big way because I have put myself into two positions that are making me miserable and I have not chosen to walk away. My hubby and I moved to a new state for our retirement home.   My hubby and I have been empty nesters for three years since my youngest moved out in early 2019.   It's been a while. . . My hubby and I have had some nice trips over the last 18 months. Once covid19 restrictions eased we started traveling again with our friends and with each other.  We just got back from a weekend trip to San Diego. My hubby has decided to retire early and we are moving out of California.   It's been 6 months since I updated my journal and so much has happened since last time.  I got pretty low over the holidays and after my birthday in January.  All this covid19 shutdown stuff sucks, but actually helped me to start getting healthier overall.  I exercise now almost every day.  The time away from home clears my mind and I have been spending that time to work through some issues of my past.
