With family, friends and every relationship I have had this one constant and it's making me wonder are all people just blissfully deaf??? When I get depressed or angry I seek out quiet time and stay ALONE. I need space and quiet to think and process my feelings. these past few months have been hell. I moved in with my boyfriend and have been looking for jobs since I graduated college. I have had an emotional breakdown that has lasted 4 days where I wake up and cry for a good long while then feel horribly sad, scared and my chest hurts so bad through out the day. I recently discovered I have a fear of marriage and commitment. I grew up in a home where screaming, bullying, emotional and mental abuse was normal. I ended up associating all of that with how marriage is supposed to be.I can be in an exclusive relationship and be happy easily but when the topic of marriage comes up my heart sinks, I tense up and ultimately I end up leaving. A few years ago I found out I had gotten an STD and my whole world crashed and burned. Since then I've been coping to feel normal again. I dont know whats been happening but I have been absolutely drained for the last few months. No matter how much sleep or meditation time I get my body and mind stay foggy, sluggish and the suicidal thoughts have more room to creep in. I've tried switching my diet and trying to exercise more but with my work/ school schedule I have no time except super later or early in the morning and I already struggle to be up at 5am for work 4 days a week.I know I'm not fat but I FEEL fat for not exercising...
