  Real hard time feeling motivated for anything except sleep after a high hypo manic cycle ending in burn out and depression one month ago from school and work. It's frustrating and tough to know what I should expect, with the increased medication too that makes me sleepy and feeling plain stupid I feel right now. So frustrating, and maybe I'm just being adversarial and don't want to work? I don't know. I'm just mad and hate myself right now. I have so much work to do that I just don't care...
