  I’m starting to realize that to get healthy and to Have relationships I submitted myself to great Suppression to give my intellect the power to understand my life and relationships.  The nature of being here at the monastery now is revealing that people try and get between you and your relationship with yourself.   I have something in me that undermines me and takes away my tools for coping. That and difficult moments can do that to me. And so I have to relearn to cope again at those instances and that takes time.
