  Hey All, I've had times before when I have needed to lose a few pounds, but when I wasn't paying attention I inched up 20 pounds! I would like to eat healthier and exercise more to feel stronger, be healthier and lose some weight. I thought it would help to sort of check in here as an accountability thing. I'm supposed to stick to 1,100 calories a day which I'm finding pretty restrictive. It's okay but I realize I was probably eating over 2,000 calories a day! WOW! I'm also supposed to...
