Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Today is the first bad bad day I've had in a long time.
Ive been exercising almost every day trying to lose weight and its been a big help. Had some moments here and there but been able to quickly move on
However last night I noticed some pain in my mouth behind my bottom molar. I thought maybe the thick chips I was eating cut it because it starting hurting after wards. This morning it still hurts. I know it's been badly 12 hours but my anxiety got the best of me and is telling me it's something horrible.
Ruined our our plans today. All dressed and ready to go and then I just was like nope I just can't not in the mood. Now I'm doing like I always do. Sitting in the corner of my bathroom on my phone. Trying hard not to google search symptoms.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

"don't be a hate hole" has been one of my recent mantras which seems to be escaping my mouth more and more often. it emerges when i am faced with the endless list of chores i would rather not deal with. insurance. head lice. bureaucracy. in-laws. the list goes on and on and on and on, ad infinitum.reality checks requested. am i making sense?"ever'thin they is but loving leaves a rust on your...

I freak out about medical stuff ALL the time and it's okay to talk with your doctor about that. My doctor gave me some perimeters on when to call her, when to call an ambulance, when not to freak out, etc. I also like what my son told me and it helps me not freak. He told me about Occum's Razor which is a philosophy rule that says, "The simplest theory is usually the right one." So if you've been chomping on thick chips and your gums hurt is it more likely something horrible or more likely that a rouge chip nicked your gums? Probably a rouge chip. And if it's a pain/problem that you've had before, it's most likely the same cause - not something new and awful.
I hope the pain resolves because regardless of the cause, that's just no fun.
I'm not too stressed about it because I know I caused it.
Still though!! Come on!!
