Try journaling exactly what you're afraid of. Write down the feeling, the intensity of it and all the thoughts tied to it. Then picture letting all that energy go. Then set your mind to study your best for the next exam. You win by going forward and doing your best. Refuse to be held back by fear. Use the next exam has a challenge to do your best.

I've started looking at - what's the worst that could happen? Honestly, if you fail, you can take the test again - or the class. Is that worth what you're doing to yourself with the anxiety? We get caught up in the feelings and feel like it'll be the end of the world but it rarely is. Wishing you all the best in your exams.

Time is an arrow that shoots straight forward. Do not ruminate, hypothesize, or project. I have learned, through studying myself, that academics are not about emotion, but time-management. Also, ask yourself: Can I start now? Can I use what I have? Can I do what I can? If the answers to these questions if "yes," then by all means, get out there and be proactive about your future in medicine. Best wishes!

Hope you are finding a way to pick up and study for test. You can do this, be "in the moment". You've finished that test, turn the page, and keep going. Best wishes!

There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
