hello, somewhat new to the site. really could use some advice from real people who struggle with this as well. Advice from people who have triggers needed: if you are with friends watching a movie, or discussing a triggering subject, but don’t want to call attention to it at all, as it can be perceived as rudeness to some, or maybe you are in a situation where you can’t really leave the room or have much control over your environment- what are some good coping skills to get through those...

I'm having trouble letting go of the things people have done to wrong me, so much that it's consuming my life. Whether it was last week or five years ago, if someone did something to hurt me I verbally attacked them recently.
