  I am so tired. I have no motivation. I am not eating and I don't know what to do to push myself to get up. I don't even want to watch tv.I scroll my social media's looking at the same stuff over and over and over.I need some activities to help me get back to myself.

  I can't eat. And I've been trying for years to get in and be diagnosed by someone with something because I know this isn't normal.I just can't eat. I don't eat. I don't think about it. I don't crave food. I have no appetite.   I struggle with my confidence in bed. I am someone who is very much into almsot any and everything (with some exceptions) but for some reason, when it someone's to hooking up with someone new I always freeze. I get so nervous, no matter how bad I want it.how can I build my self confidence so I can get over this?

  I recently lost my job, my boyfriend and my best friend all in one go.im so alone and struggling to get out of bed everyday. I struggle to talk to people and I'm so itritable. I can't eat properly and I'm zoning out for hours at a time.anyone have any coping or grounding exercising they'd feel like sharing?thanks everyone ❤️
