Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I'm sorry that you've had to go through so many things at once. The fact that you have shared your story is a major step so make sure to give yourself a pat on the back for seeking aid :D
When my depressive episodes get the better of me I try to make sure i follow some healthcare checklist to make sure you're looking after your body and mind.
An important thing to note is in moments like this, it is easy to fall into the trap of feeling that you don't need/want to selfcare yourself but this is the most important time to practice self care and if that is what you can manage in a day that is a big achievement.

The video link above is a self-care checklist I use myself to make sure I get the basics done for my wellbeing. Note: Sometimes it helps to lift me up but sometimes it just makes it only a little lighter but the important thing is that I still did as many as I could.
If you aren't keen on the video itself, they have provided a pdf version of the checklist too which you can put onto a wall or write down somewhere to look at later :)
I really feel you in moments like this because its hard to go on.
After 40+ years of psychotherapy, I have yet to find a quick and easy way to pull myself out of the proverbial darkness. The quickest way out that I have found is to quit looking for quick and easy cures while I focus my attention on plying therapy tools to pull myself out, bit by bit.
This very post is a good example of one of my front-line therapy tools. Getting my psycho snot knots out of the proverbial closet and into the light of day makes them allot easier to untangle.
Hope it helps you, too. Sort freely. Sort often.
Welcome aboard.
You've taken the important first step in writing it out. I suggest keeping a private daily journal to help you sort out the words, feelings, emotions, and thoughts to make a better balance as you continue to make changes for your well-being.

I am sorry that you are dealing with the losses of all this at one time. think that you should just take your life one day at a time.Look at your strengths through these hard times, it is a strength that everyday you get out of bed. Even-though you struggle to get out of bed, you still do it which is a start to a fresh new day. Maybe you should join other support groups or reach out to family members that you could talk too. Do things that will bring positivity back into your life. When i was going through deep points in my life, I turned to a healthy eating and diet system. I made myself go on a schedule that would benefit my mental health. Find your happy medium if its exercising, watching a tv show you love, find anything that you can do that will get you out of the house, maybe even go for a little drive to calm your emotions. Focus on taking care of yourself, this is the beginning of a new journey for you. It may be scary now, but after a little bit of time you will feel better. You got this!
