  July 28th 2019 was the last time I saw the woman I loved more than life itself. From may till July I begged her to come back, but she always said no, but wanted to keep me as a friend. She would talk to me all day long till 6pm then say I'll talk to you tomorrow. So im guessing that's when the other guy showed up who she got with after me. She seemed to have moved on so quick.   It seem like it was only yesterday I was on the phone with my Ex. and got the word she was done with me and was seeing someone else.   I’ll be glad when I’m able to find someone who can except me for who I am, and I can except them. I think this exceptance thing is why I miss my ex so much.   I feel like I’m finally getting to a point where I’m okay being alone. But thinking about talking to someone else still hurts. And thinking about going out to do things by myself still hurts. But I’m sure as the weeks pass this hurt will fade. Who would think love or the  absence there of could be so  debilitating. So here’s to another day of putting me back together.

  Well it’s been 28 days since I’ve last seen or talked to my ex. To be honest, I felt the last time I saw her it would be the last time I saw her, or at least for awhile.   One thing I’ve heard over and over again no matter who I’ve talked to is that, “this is a process and not something that will happen over night.”so I understand that and I get it, but knowing that doesn’t seem to make it any easier.   Every time I reflect back on the relationship ending I feel a lot of pain and regret. I feel like everything was my fault, and if I’d acted differently maybe I could have saved it.
