All wounds if treated well go away only the scares remain, and those too fade with time.
Ask yourself why you are thinking about her? Ask yourself if you would treat yourself that way? would you treat someone else that way? Why are you treating yourself to pain of the past.
Its over, learn from it grow be a better person win the day.
Win in your fights to do better.
Text yourself like you are texting her, get it out say it out loud.
Ask yourself why you are holding on to something, do you hold on to a carton of rotten milk? do you leave your car on a flat tire and continue to ask it why it is flat?
Count the hours you don't think about her. push yourself to find yourself a better light inside you.
Look at all the positive things about you. Write them down if you have to. Like its oviouse you have a big heart ❤ and feel things deeply. Then you tell your self. " I have a lot to offer and Im going to wait for the right person. Someone who sees those qualities too".
While your waiting just be encouraged. The pain will end. Take care
Are there any projects around the house you've been wanting to do, or do you work on cars, play music, garden, etc., something that keeps you busy so you don't have time to think about the Ex.
Oh, and yes, the pain does go away. I think back to a painful breakup, okay it was over 20 years ago.... but still.... 5 years together, engaged... and it ended..... and at the time I thought my world would end, I'd never find anyone as good as him, what will my life be now....
And today? I never even think about him! Till I wrote you about him just now :)
