About Me
Hello- I am new here. I have been dealing with multiple surgeries. last being 2nd cervical fusion 3/4, 5/6 which I had on 12/2017 but 5/6 hasn’t fused yet which was the problem before and the reason I had to see doctor was because the pain started up so bad after I was involved in auto accident. I too deal with pain on and off all the time and wake up in middle of night as well. Had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists in March and April of 2017. I’ve been doing a desk job for 33 years though not sure I can do it anymore. I am on LTD at this time, just had my 2nd epidural injection for the pain and inflammation I’ve been dealing with since surgery. I have numbness and tingling in my arms and wrists and now both feet. Going to see a dietitian and nutritionist to hopefully help me with my weight issues, I really want to get healthier cuz I can’t take it anymore. It can only help. I am trying and have tried so many things. Also have had a foot fusion, Plantar fasciitis and had surgery in other foot for that as well as bi rotator cuff surgeries. I know a lot of surgeries. Arthritis I most definitely have, I believe osteoarthritis. Then to top it off I cannot take anti inflammatory due to bone healing per my surgeon. I use a bone stimulator 4 hours a day, which then at end of November doctor wants me to get C/T scan to evaluate 5/6. Stated if It hasn’t healed he recommends going into the back to stabilize it. Sorry I know this is an awful lot. So anxiety and depression is a problem with me for sure. I really wanted to give my story and to say hello to the members. I really am so happy I came across this site. Wishing all members the best. I would love to hear from for any help would be appreciated. Hopefully we can help each other. Knowledge is great!
