  hi everyone; im a college student and been dealing with a wide variety of stressful topics through the last few years ranging from relationships; personal, financial, social and other things. there are times where i get so stressed that i shut down and cant reboot my own slef because im being overwhelmed and when i seem to have one things down and out of the way another pops up making it more difficult and then i snap; can anyone offer any solutions?

  hey guys; im 30 years old and have lived a pretty difficult life not by choice; but i find when i get mad....and mad to a point then i find myself hard to shut down because the same thoughts see to circle in my head and when that happends i feel like i cant put an answer to those questions which makes me more mad. Last time i got mad i complete shattered a pair of headphones worth 80$. Any advice?

  hey everyone; im new to this site and havent ever gone to forums for any forms for help so this is new to me. Ive been living with a roomate for two years and have previously lived with them for ten years prior cause growing up i didnt have a functional house life or upraising; pretty much raised myself; but i've tried everything in the book to get through to my roomate and set barriers and limits to what i dont want being done to me in regards to how im being treat and i dont know what to do;...
