  my girlfriend (16) has battled with anorexia over the last two and a bit years, she recently came out of impatient hospital a couple of months ago and has decided that since she is so unhappy with herself, she wants to become fitter but not necessarily skinnier.since her birthday is coming soon, february, i was hoping i could help her out with this new stage and set her on a path to make her happier. i want to find a way for her to loose a bit of weight (preferably to replace it will muscle)...

  hi guys, i need a bit of advicemy bf started to wear a binder about three months ago now because his dysphoria got so bad so he came out to be as trans and has worn a binder since. recently, he's been getting rather angry and pissed off with me because i've been telling him to take off his binder. i'm not against it or anything, that's not why i'm doing this. listen;he wears this binder 24/7 including in the shower and when he's sleeping and he won't stand up without it on. he has 34B...
