hi everyone, i'm new here and would really like some quick advice. my girlfriend and i have been in a relationship for nearly two years now and our relationship has been very happy and we're both completely in love with each other (at least, that's what she tells me). a couple of weeks ago, immy came out as transgender, which wasn't exactly a shock (she has a very masculine personality and has never liked having boobs and sometimes doesn't let me near her parts because she's self-concious) but i'm starting to worry.

she's planning to go on T soon and i know this will have effects on her that she won't like. a bit of background, immy has been anorexic and has been in hospital for the last year (she is now in recovery) but one of the things she misses is the body shape she had, and the fact that she had no boobs. before she became anorexic, she never had thoughts like this and was happy with being female, but it's since then that this has shown up. obviously, because of her eating disorder, she is extremely insecure and i'm worried that the symptoms that occur whilst you are on T will really effect her confidence and i don't want that to dip anymore than it already has. i know the transition will effect her is good and bad ways but i'm worried it will also effect me, badly, and i don't know what to do about it.

because i am lesbian (obviously), i don't have a interest in like, penis, and i'm worried that once she gets all her surgery done (which she is planning to do soon), i'm not going to feel the same attraction towards her. obviously, i love her personality and i love her as a person and everything that she is but i'm worried it'll effect our relationship because i probably won't want to sleep with her and this will damage her confidence really badly which i don't want to do.

i don't know if this is making any sense.

i really don't want to break up with her because i love her, i really do, but i'm worried if i leave it too long, she's going to get really hurt. she's not in the best place at the moment, she's suicidal and depressed and has really bad anxiety and i'm worried if i leave her now she'll, you know, go through with the whole, death thing and that really scares me.
