  It feels like I am floating above myself...I know where I am, can carry on coversation, tell you what day it is, but I do not feel as if I am completely here.   Hi there,My migraine headaches have been frequent and at times, the pain is severe. I have only ever used OTC pain relievers (Excedrin, Ibuprofen, and acetaminophen). I often will combine these, being mindful that Excedrin also contains NSAIDs and acetaminophin. But often, even the combo does not relieve my pain, and because I have these headaches so frequently, I find myself taking larger doses of these drugs over several days.
