So, I'm new to this forum but definitely not new to anxiety. I've struggled with anxiety/depression/OCD since I was in first/second grade, and it's been a very up and down journey for me. I am currently a junior in college and last year was probably the worst anxiety experience of my life. I was so overwhelmed with school and was struggling with a lot of self-esteem/comparison issues. Tried to switch anxiety medications after being on Zoloft for many years, which ended poorly. Ended up spending half of spring semester at home to try and recover. I feel a lot stronger now, but there are still a lot of ups and downs. I see a therapist, and I'm able to talk to my loved ones about my struggles, but I also feel like I want a group of people who understand what I deal with from a more firsthand experience. Hoping to find some connections and share/receive tips from others :)

There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
