  The past few weeks I have felt lonlier and lonlier. I am married and have 2 children, and yet I feel constantly alone. I work from home so my adult interaction during the week is limited. How can I create a connection to the universe that will counteract this constant feeling of being adrift?

  I suspect my husband at the very least has been going out and lying to me about it. My gut tells me he is meeting someone when he goes. Last night I found his hair gel opened in the bathroom. I went to bed at 11. I can't think of a reason why he would do his hair if he was just playing video games at home all night.
