  I realized that I am gay and not pansexual, and I realized that I might be nonbinary (she/they). Part of me feels like I don't owe anyone a "coming out" debut.   I am looking for lifestyle changes that could help my psoriasis. Any advice or tips on diet, exercise, and especially stress. I've had psoriasis since I was a kid, and I've been on steroid creams to manage it. I'm now 20 years old, and now when I get flare-ups, the steroid creams do not help. I don't want to rely on steroid creams anymore.
