  Dear Journal,I just want to put down some words for today. I have not been active today and felt down most of the day, however, after doing some light shopping I feel I am getting better. I start realising that small things may have such a strong impact on my mood mostly when feeling deppressed. I would like to be more focused on long-term goals and start working towards them, but today I did not have the motivation. This goes in circle. As I am not motivated, I feel guilty I cannot work...
