Hi everyone! Thank you for your kind welcome and beautiful words. I really appreciate it. I have joined to the forum because I am facing feelings of loneliness and depression. At the moment I find hard all this thing with lockdown and as I am a shy person now I feel even harder to connet with people. I thought joining to the webiste will help.

StarBrightGal I do enjoy a lot to read thrillers and any good books. I have recently read ‘The tattooist of Auschwitz’, a book that shows us to be thankful for small things and be kind and considerate towards others in need. I would love to get some good book recommendations.

    70F rain expectedThe rain is ok but not while I'm on my way to cardiology appointment. This is the quarterly EKG and lab work and just general check up on how the meds are working and I'm feeling. The meds have kept me out of A-fib and for that reason I want nothing changed, my cardiologist listens to what I have to say and for that I'm thankful. Pt went well yesterday and I'll do my excercises...

    Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it.  Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
