  From my point of view depression is a cry for help. Here are two things that have helped me. 1.Most of us struggle with some form of identity crisis.  There is a book that will help you to realize what has happened to you.  Its called "Magical Child" by Joseph Pierce  available on Amazon or Abes. 2.   Does anyone else feel like this?  I wake up to high anxiety.  The only thing that slows it down is to get up,  even though I need to rest.  After a while,  depression takes over. I've never been able to solve this.
