  Flashbacks have come back again tonight. I thought I was going to have a little while until the next since I had them last night. Guess not. Using Finnish ASMR to help me calm down since I caught it early this time and it didn't just throw themselves at me like last night. It's been a little over 4 years and it's still affecting me.
