  I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type last year when I had my first psychotic episode. About 6 months before that I started seeing a psychiatrist for my horrible anxiety. After a few days on Lexapro sent me into a major up and down meltdown, my psychiatrist believed that I had some kind of mood disorder. So that's the beginning of what landed me here. I'm now up to 5 psychiatric medications and one to combat side effects. I'm on Lamictal, Welbutrin, Latuda, Zoloft, and...

  I played violin today. This is the first time I've played at home in a long time and I've been avoiding my lessons and since it's summer I'm getting out of my school orchestra practices. I've been having an even harder time with wanting and enjoying things I love in this bout of depression, like a lot more than other ones. It's been bothering me so much but I just haven't been able to go open the case and pick it up. I'm barely getting by as it is so coming home all I want to do is lie down....

  I've had really bad insomnia since I was very young and was often up at three in the morning by myself in elementary school. I've always been very afraid of the dark so those nights up alone were terrifying. While I was up I'd occasionally see monsters and small things like that flash or sit in my room. I assumed it was my imagination being rude and didn't clearly communicate this to my parents at the time. Lately though, usually at night, I've been seeing the blacked out figure of a man....

  About a week and a half ago we got our school yearbooks. My friend and I were flipping through it together when we came across a memorial page. (To protect his identity I'll call him John). There was a big picture of him with his name. I'm sad to say that through my years in high school and middle school, there have been a few other student and teacher deaths. But this one was different because we had no idea that a student had died this year. There was no announcement, nothing to inform us...
