Hi, I am new here.  So, 13 years ago, I was diagnosed as Bipolar I with pyschosis.  I had been stable the last five years, until, due to insurance issues had to change meds.  I have tried four antidepressents in the past and five antipsychotics.  I am on generic wellebutrin now, because that is what I can afford (vs. Aplenzin).  So at 300mg of the generic wellbutrin, I releasped with depression for about a month. I was considered in full recovery from it until this point (clinically, I forgot what that was called, I am so tired).  Dosage of wellbutrin changed to 450mg (max dose) and in three days, I can't sleep, can't eat, I am energetic, anxious.  i don't think its mania (from past experinces) but do think its side effects.  So, they are going to take me down on the wellebutrin and start effexor, but it may not be till Monday that the dr. gets back with me, I dunno.  So I have to make it through tonight and/or the weekend and hope no pyshcosis shows up.  

That's whats going on with me, like I said, I am new here (although was on DS 10 years ago).
