What more can I say. It sucks. SO and LO are out of town so I'm home alone all the time. Insomnia is taking up all the space in my bed. My thoughts are everywhere.

I'm sorry to hear that, insomnia is really hard. In my experience, it can just make everything else that is going on a whole lot worse. You're not alone in those feelings. Best of luck, lots of hugs.

I totally understand how you feel. I go through the same thing. Bed is my comfort zone and can't wait to be there. Sometime can't sleep or keep waking up. I wake with lots of anxiety before I even open my eyes. Here for you if you need to talk. PM me.

good to see you iam, all you can do is try to get as much rest as you can so that you wont be completely stressed and exhausted without sleep. find a quiet ,comfy place and close your eyes and think about something that makes you feel calm and happy and relax into doing it in your head for as long as you like. you may not sleep but you will get rest. hugs.

Thanks guys. Work has been particularly demanding of late which just makes things that much harder. On a good note though, I've finally got health insurance so I can go back to therapy without going broke. Will be looking into that this week before things become even more overwhelming.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
