  I lost my dad on September 21, 2015. He died of cirrhosis of the liver. I had to make the tough decision of pulling the plug. The guilt of that has developed into cutting myself. I am not happy about that choice but it gave me control over something, to give me confirmation that I could still feel something, but I am currently trying to stop.

  I don't have a title for this post. I have bad bouts of depression and its been hard. I have turned to cutting and I have been trying to stop. It's scary to do this to myself and I want to stop. Anyone have any tips on dealing with depression. Anything I can try.

  Hi, My name is Angelina, I may not have addiction myself, but I did lose my father to Alcoholism. I have been struggling a lot with dealing with it because i kind of feel like it's my fault.
