About Me
I have not been in the CODA program for 25 years. My issues pop up mostly during a close relationship. I grew up in a \'no hugs...no I love you\'s\" environment so I\'m a little confused about what real love is. I think my main issues are poor self esteem, no boundaries and the normal caretaker issues.
