  I always thought i knew what an anxiety attack was or felt like, but what i went through was so very intense and somehow slow.. its like everything just stopped but i could feel my heart racing. My anxiety has been constant ever since my fiance broke up with me and now i am moved out with no job, and my son with me at my mother's. I don't know how to make the anxiety go away!! Nothing seems to be helping!

  I am having the extreme anxiety of being abandoned again. I have let myself get too codependent on my partner as a stay at home mom and now he is talking about possibilities of breaking up and what will happen after we seperate unless i change. My anxiety as been sky rocket high from being told this and im not sure how to get over it or make everything better when i thought i was doing ok before i was told this. I just want the bad feeling to go away and feel enough self worth that makes me...

  How do i get over the jealousy of seeing my partner talk to his coworkers more than he talks to me?.. hes never seen this side of me and I hate how he treats me because of it

  I have been with my partner for 3 years and we were planning to get married this October. Now he is saying he doesn't feel loved and keeps thinking about separating from me and what would happen with the kids. He says that he doesn't want to lose me, but then why won't he stop bringing up breaking up?? He also has made a new friend at work that he is getting really close to... My anxiety is so high and I don't know how to get rid of this feeling...
