I was cheated on and I haven't been able to eat anything because I literally feel sick to my stomach. I've lost over 10 pounds in a week. I don't know what to do. I feel so weak.

So my girlfriend and I have had a pretty rough couple of months. To keep this short, I found out that when things were really bad, she started communicating with someone else.
