  So voc rehab finally got in touch with me...it took like six months finally.  The voc rehab person that they assigned to me is a lawyer and extremely knowledgable on disability law and he seems to know a great deal about how to get people placed in jobs and how to make their resumes pass ATS.  I was really surprised at how articulate and energetic he is.  I guess my question is how much I should wait on him and the process to find a position. I feel like with his help I could find something...

  I can't believe this has gone on this long.  So I don't have much hope of getting a tech job, but I saw an educational job that I thought might be really good. It would have been working at a university supporting high school students who are taking college classes.  I did a mock interview with a friend and prepared extensively.   So, as people may know, I haven't been able to break into tech and I used to teach school.  I was on a facebook group where you ask for "Brutally honest advice".   So as predicted, I was let go from the temp role. I figured that she was keeping me there just because she was finalizing the termination paperwork with human resources. I could not figure out why she was keeping me after I didn't pass the final round of my demonstration on Friday.   So as I mentioned earlier I got the temp job and it's not working out. A week into onboarding I was put on a PIP.  Yeah.  So my real feeling on it is that it is not worth it and that I should just get another job. It is tough to find a full-fledged professional job. In the meanwhile, I put out several applications for survival-type jobs yesterday.   So I went back to work today and I am supposed to give one more presentation tomorrow and they will decide whether they will keep me or not.
