  Retro jealousy is the concept in which someone feels jealousy and anxiety from their partners past. Does anyone else suffer from this? I love my wife and she has never shown a single sign that she doesn't love me.   Not that I need anyone to respond to any of this, but this is simply me releasing all the garbage that I hold onto. I went for another appointment today and my therapist dug a bit deeper to discover that everything I do is because I am afraid.   I have a problem with God. I keep reading that He's testing us and that He never gives anyone more than they can handle but doesn't He see that I can't handle it? Doesn't He see that I'm not strong enough or that I'm holding on by my last thread? Doesn't He see that I do it? I just want a break. I just want someone to come help me. I just some help down here. Dues God not see that? I'm just getting so tired of asking.

  Another day comes around of me just being here and existing. The whole world is moving forward but I'm stuck in my tracks, moving nowhere, thinking about someone who isn't thinking about me, rotting. People keep telling me that "this will pass" and it's been three whole years of getting worse. If I'm being honest, I don't believe this will pass. I'm convinced that I'll be here forever. Just one day after another of losing myself and slowly dying inside.

  Part is the issue as to why I have depression and low self esteem is because I'm too busy thinking about a girl that isn't thinking about me and too afraid to move on and try again or be vulnerable. I know this sounds so stupid but it's been almost a whole year now and I haven't really talked to a girl since.
