  I could write pages upon pages of how I feel ..and I don't even have the energy for that. I have everything I need, a roof over my head, a job, a car a family..why can't I ever just be happy within myself.  I wish I could be other people, I want to be everyone else but me.   Hello everyone, I was so glad when I found this forum! I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have travelled on my own..countless! Once I am on the plane I can then relax its just everything that happens before sends me into an awful anxiety ride. I'm going to go on a train to the airport for the first time ever on my own and I'm terrified that I won't get on the right platform.
