  I am new to this particular group but not new to depression. I have had a huge worsening of my depression since covid started. I've gained weight, have zero motivation to do anything, lost interest in things I love. I've talked with my therapist and my doctor but I just feel stuck. Im so afraid of catching the virus (I have severe OCD) and my constant level of concern over it just sucks the joy out of everything. What is everyone here doing to manage? I just feel so alone with this even though...

  I am new to this group.  I recently lost  my grandmother after a long illness.  I thought I was prepared for her death but I am a total mess.  I am having such a hard time just functioning.  I did make it through the funeral and visitation this week. I have only one other immediate family member surviving and we have had problems getting along throughout grandma's illness.  I have tried multiple ways to have rational conversation with her and she just will not have a reasonable...

  Hi all,I have posted in this group several times before.  Unfortunately, my grandmother did pass away a few days ago. My aunt, who I had issues with before, has refused to let me back into my grandmothers home.  We are the only immediate family she has surviving.  She had no will. I want this to be handled properly and my aunt refuses to talk rationally with me.  She has mental health issues and I don't see any way to handle her estate other than to contact an attorney.  Does anyone have...

  I finally decided to write a letter to my aunt who has been giving me such a hard time. I mailed it Saturday so I expect her to get it tomorrow. She has been generally nasty to me and interferes with me being able to see and talk to my grandma (who lives with her).  When I wrote the letter I felt really relieved and like I'd done the right thing.   I woke up this morning filled with anxiety and dread. I was hoping to go visit my grandma this weekend but there are other family issues that always cause drama and an argument so I'm afraid to even call them. My house is a wreck and I have so much laundry and cleaning to do. I just dont know what to do. It seems like I cant do everything that needs to be done and keep everyone happy.
