  Does anyone else bite their cheeks and lips? It is part of my anxiety and sometimes it gets to the point where my cheek will gush. I don't know what to do to stop myself. Most of the time I'm not aware that I am doing it but when I am aware, I can't get myself to stop. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

  I have severe general anxiety and I take zoloft for it. I've been told by many doctors that I need to eat when I take it in the morning (obviously). BUT, I get so nauseous in the mornings that if I eat I will throw up or come very close to it. I am also being put on new meds for a genetic disorder that I have and that medicine I really NEED NEED NEED to eat with that. I was just wondering if you have any suggestions for what I can try to eat in the morning?

  Ok so, I had this friend and we were so so so so close to each other. We were literally attached at the hip. That was until around November of 9th grade in 2017. She started distancing herself from me and I talked to her about it multiple times and she just said stuff like "no I'm not distancing myself" or "I've just been so busy."   I was just wondering if I can have PTSD from a dream? I don't feel comfortable sharing the dream that I had but I can't stop thinking about how terrible it was and I know that it wasn't real but it continues to haunt me. I have a form of PTSD from other life situations but I was wondering if a dream could cause it?

  I have a rare chronic illness called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I had to quit gymnastics because of it and I can't play any sports. Whenever I talk about it to other people they get annoyed and say it's all I ever talk about. It's really rare and it's so hard to relate to other people. My friends always talk about sports and whatever but I can't play any because I easily dislocate everything. My wrist dislocates daily and so does my shoulder.   I am 15 and my freshman year of highschool is almost over. FINALLY. It is so hard. I went through a lot of shit this year with fake friends and low self esteem and also severe anxiety. It soon led to depression. I have such great days and then there are days where I literally wanna curl up in a ball and not talk to anyone.
