I am 39 yrs old and have always been a size 8 or smaller, except for when I had my 3 boys. There's a lot of things going on that are driving me crazy and I can't stop STRESS EATING....At the current moment I am in a size 14 and wiegh 168lbs. Nothing I am trying is working and its depressing me....I dont feel like I am attractable anymore, but of course the hubby always disagrees and says Im beautiful..How do I lose all this extra weight? Any tips would be helpful

My very ambitious, goal oriented, and structured husband of 17 years was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy about 3 months ago. I came home from work one day and he was on the gaming system, when I very loudly said " What happened to your face"? He wasn't even aware of what had happened. I thought he was in the middle of having a stroke, he refused to go to the E.R., instead he tried to explain that it was probaly just the nerves from the tooth he was having a root canal done on. Instead of listening...
