  I'm told I have Complex PTSD by the professionals, among other issues... covered by other support groups, I don't really know how to deal with it other than the way I've been dealing with it forever which is mostly boozing...  To be honest I haven't read through other threads other than a few topics, but I figure the best way forward is just to dive in, I struggle everyday with memories, thoughts that torment me, it's like I'm reliving the terrible moments of my past every waking moment and in...
