  I just want to be numb, I want nothing to do with reality. Im over being consciously aware of being violated and having no control over it. I've had enough, enough of the flashbacks, enough of the physical pain I get when my unconscious decideds it's time to to think about the horrors that have multiplied throught my life. I've just had enough.

  I can't help myself help myself, help myself. It's like something in me wants to keep fighting the pain. I've left myself with pretty much no supports. I have no idea what to do anymore. How long is this going to go on for? I literally have no idea.

  From the start, I was always a shy kid, around other children that is. I was always fairly confident around adults. That probably where I screwed up. My parents were always at work so I was let at after schoolcare programs a lot. I have flashbacks from there that I'm not going to go into. I found school incredibly difficult due to extreme anxiety.   I'm so done, I don't know what to do with myself anymore.. I have 0 friends, I constantly go off into little deluded worlds and then crash back down again. My flashbacks are getting worse, my paranoia is getting worse. I overdosed on Good Friday. It was unsucsessful and now I'm here. I just want some sort of internal peace but I have no clue how to make it happen.

  It is the only time I get relief from PTSD, BPD & Anxiety symptoms. I can think faster, I can think further.. I iknow it sounds wrong but the euphoric feeling I get from the mania is unlike any other substance i've ever tried. I feel amazing and like nothing can overpower me. I'm starting to find it hard to sleep and caring about things less, hopefully its not just depression.

  I'm new to daily strength, I happened to stumble across it. Maybe just in time.My flashbacks are getting worse.. I overdosed last friday as I didn't want to be inside my own head anymore. It wasn't sucsessful and now I'm still here. My PTSD and Anxiety are MASSIVE triggers for my bi-polar to flare up and have a manic episode.I don't know how to cope with the intrusive thoughts and flashbacks from the past, I feel like I'm going slightly more insane every day.
