**Trigger warning** Flashbacks

I'm new to daily strength, I happened to stumble across it. Maybe just in time.
My flashbacks are getting worse.. I overdosed last friday as I didn't want to be inside my own head anymore. It wasn't sucsessful and now I'm still here. My PTSD and Anxiety are MASSIVE triggers for my bi-polar to flare up and have a manic episode.
I don't know how to cope with the intrusive thoughts and flashbacks from the past, I feel like I'm going slightly more insane every day.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Yup, those flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, etc are maddening. I frequently believe the space between my ears is the noisiest spot on the planet. The first time I managed to quiet all that head noise, I suffered a panic attack. I was convinced I'd had a stroke or something.
My therapy support network is my life line. I have used allot of professional servants in my support network and remain grateful to know they are there if I need them, but my peer supporters are the experience, heart and soul of my therapy network. Live support groups remain my main source of peer support, but the on-line groups seem to be gaining viability. This group right here is my personal fave of what I have found on-line so far.
I haven't found any microwave solutions for ^it^, but I get by with a little help from my friends.

I know suicide can feel like an escape from suffering, but you have shown true strength in being able to come back and search for help.
Our thoughts can be the biggest liars and worst enemy. You are not alone in this!
I encourage you to keep reaching out to supportive people around you. This can seem impossible at times, but know that it can get better with help and support! Strive for the future beyond the thoughts of your past. You have experiences that can help to save others who are going through similar circumstances. Don't lose heart! You got this- one step at a time !
I will try and use this site more to stay in some sort of loop of support as I'm fairly socially isolated. Again i am so thankful for your responses.
