Beating Trich Community Group
You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Your hair babies don't like to be touched, you want them to shine for you don't you?
And yay for the haircut! Post pictures ASAP after it's done. :) And congrats on your continued pull-freeness!
started my new job!! how can I have forgot to tell you all?? I have a great timetable - 15 hours of 6th form and 5 hours of the younger years really happy :) everyone was really nice, start teaching after xmas :)
But i guess my ok is different to yours as you have more control than me at the moment, probably. But I still think my rule is a good rule.
IT'S HARD!!!!
Yeah I still found it tough after so many months, but trust me, the beginning is epically harder! You're right, it's so worth it. Keep it up, day by day. Hear my spooky words - it's way easier to STAY pull free than it is to start over again.

I think it will be lovely to have the hair color showing off the beautiful growth! It's amazing, you came here, and you are going like a true champion!
Stay strong, stay diligent, and know that when you sense the difference between the two touches, I know how mine feel, but haven't found the right words to describe them, other than fire hot (bad), cool massage(good).
Cheers to you!
You’re doing so amazing, you make me believe we can all reach 9 months one day :)
Keep on going champ!
anyway rant over.
I hope you get better soon, snuggle up in bed and try to keep your hands busy :)
