started my new job!! how can I have forgot to tell you all?? I have a great timetable - 15 hours of 6th form and 5 hours of the younger years really happy :) everyone was really nice, start teaching after xmas :)

Yes. I think ok touch is a quick pat or quick running hands through hair. Everything else, for us, is bad. Particularly seeking out individual strands, knots, split ends.

But i guess my ok is different to yours as you have more control than me at the moment, probably. But I still think my rule is a good rule.

Yes you are right of course o wise one! I still need to be very careful as I still think I could relapse very easily....I have to say at almost 9 months PF I thought I would feel as though it was a bit easier to be PF but tbh, I still find it very hard, and I am realising that I always will, but its worth going through the hard bits so I can have hair.

Yeah I still found it tough after so many months, but trust me, the beginning is epically harder! You're right, it's so worth it. Keep it up, day by day. Hear my spooky words - it's way easier to STAY pull free than it is to start over again.

Stay strong, stay diligent, and know that when you sense the difference between the two touches, I know how mine feel, but haven't found the right words to describe them, other than fire hot (bad), cool massage(good).

Urgh I am so so ill and this is giving me the urges again grrrrrrrrr....I have had a cold for weeks but the last two days it has given me a bad throat and cough - I can't talk at all and breathing is hard - also am not keeping my food down :( And its the holidays, always spend my hols ill - really wanted to get rested and sort house over the hols but I'll be lucky now as I am so damn ill. GRRRRR

anyway rant over.

That really sucks to be sick during the holidays all the time! It actually always sucks to be sick..
I hope you get better soon, snuggle up in bed and try to keep your hands busy :)
