With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Hi, I'm Mrs Kolo I am new here and just trying to figure it all out....

I really want to be pull-free the sooner the better its dominated my life for too many years. I want to be free I want to be able to show myself to my husband without feeling ashamed.

Hi guys I am back.....climbed a mountain and survived even with 4 days of not washing my hair! Hair went stupidly flat in the dry heat but its curly again now....have been pf 17 months now my hair is about shoulder length and I have no kinky or broken hair now its much better xx

How are you? Almost a year and a half pull free is amazing! You are such an inspiration. I've been using the curly girl method for a couple of months now and I think it's great. Hair is less frizzy and holds curls better. I just need to find some good products. I will have to look for the silicone free Tressemme the next time I go to the store. I hope everything is going well for you! Keep on with your awesome pull-free!

Hey guys time for my monthly update

So 18 months PF this week! Woo!

I still have a few megawhites and even the dye refuses to tough them but overall my hair is healthy and looks good, I have had it cut three times since being PF, once in dec 2011 (first haircut had it chopped to its shortest length which was about bottom of ears) then a trim in april and July, probably need it doing again to keep it neat but am well lazy lol....its longer now almost shoulder length, I'll post a new piccie.

Anyway have been mega busy and all was fine but now I have a cold and a cough which is urgh :(
