I know innit - now I have roots coming through - I am going to be a regular at the hairdressers hahah. I think I am regaining some colour from white looking at the roots only a few are white compared to what seemed like loads so maybe its getting better. I am thinking about seeing a curly hair specialist if I can get an appointment x

REALLY?? I always thought my white hairs...stayed white FOREVER. Maybe im wrong. Have fun at the hair salon. JEALOUS!! u sooo deserve it.

Yes I think there has been a bit of improvement in the colour after 14 months of no pulling - not much but a little! xx

Yes lots of my white hairs have started to go brown again, true story!

Also I asked for a curly hair specialist when I first got mine cut, but just ended up with a great stylist who could cut any type and she cuts my hair soooo great. I have very curly hair..

Your hair looks AMAZING in that latest picture!! I looked back at your first pictures from earlier on in your pf, and the progress you've made is just unbelievable!! CONGRATS!!

Its amazing how clever nature is isn't it? I like my stylist a lot they do cut well, but I think my hair needs dry cutting as the curls are really really random (see latest pics) Sam have you tried the curly method? Am just starting it now.....really trying to look after my hair and one of the biggest rules is no touching as it makes frizz so very good for trich as well.

I have been playing with the computer (its a bank holiday here) and made some new progress shots you will not believe how far my hair has come - I am literally shocked looking at the pictures, you would never know I have spent much of my life bald. Its amazing, am shocked.

I don't know what the curly method is. I use a little leave in conditioner, shisedo I think, and don't rinse it out. That's when my hair's wet. Then I let it dry naturally, with as minimal towel drying or finger combing as possible. I get ringlets every time, but smooth waves at the top. I can also dry it with the diffuser on the blowdryer. Have a great antifrizz product too, American crew pomade. Should really post pics but I'm just so lazy.

Sorry should say Curly girl method (google should show you some stuff) but its basically about avoiding drying/damaging hair with harsh shampoos and silicones - my hair is my shinier since following it.

Ohhhh. Well I"ve been meaning to switch shampoo and conditioner brands for ages. I wouldn't change my leave in conditioner and waxy pomade thing cos they're AWESOME and my hair is seriously in shampoo commercial condition with them.
