Beating Trich Community Group
You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

I was playing with my hair today (in a styling way) and think a chin bob will look good!!
Best wishes, you are doing so wonderful, I am thrilled for you!
You’re still doing amazingly awesome!!
Ive looked into henna a little, I'm not sure it's as pure as it claims to be. Ugh my whites are very strong also. Permanent dye does such a good job. I'm looking for brands available in Europe as they are more gentle and don't contain the harsher chemicals.
And ooh, a chin bob, that's all kinds of exciting. You're an inspiration, Mrs. K! :)
as for haircuts yes I am getting to the stage where I actually *need* one as it is now hard hard hard to control my hair, it really resists being neatly pinned up and throughout the day wriggles free so I look very bushy and hairy...but not styled at all...so yeh its getting essential. Am skinted now as strike week means no work or pay for me (gaaah) and my hubbie was paid less than usual as was massively overtaxed. But in the new year I will be having a haircut....hopefully a swan will emerge :)
Had a nice weekend of drinking in oxford (very xmassy) and bought a great new dress.
Now cooking roast dinner!
I am glad that CBT is successful with alcohol treatment plans, as I was asked by a friend who is an active alcoholic if the program might help. I know for me, it is a medical necessity to beat the depression. Between trich and depression, I've got a full three pages that I'm trying the third column on, lol!
Best wishes for your private salon visit!
just popping by, no news pulling or otherwise, bit too much playing but nothing fatal...
