You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Hi, I'm Mrs Kolo I am new here and just trying to figure it all out....

I really want to be pull-free the sooner the better its dominated my life for too many years. I want to be free I want to be able to show myself to my husband without feeling ashamed.

omg 10pmg!! poor u. Those are long hours. I teach kids myself.... it is EXHAUSTING!! lol

YAY TO YOUR WEIGHT LOSS! always makes me happy when I get on the scale and realize im thinner hehehehe.

Congrats on the weight loss and the amazing work you've done and I suppose your pf is still going awesome as well.. But don't forget to relax, luckily you were able to rebook your tickets and will be able to enjoy the south of France really soon :D

ofsted is over and it went ok so ho hum now trying to relax today - although it is hard as I have piles of marking to do argh!!

Pull free going OK 4 days til I am 4 days away from a year :)

The marking drives me bonkers when there are so many mistakes that i dont know how to grade it and get pissed off lol.

AWESOME on both your weight loss and your pull-free-a-thon! You're great. Sounds like you've been working really hard lately and definitely deserve that vacation-- you enjoy it!

And I didn't know stress caused eye twitches. So THAT'S what those are from, haha.

Hi ladies - am just popping on to say hi before I got on holiday. I have been a year pull free now (and a few days) and I would never have been able to get through the hard times without you all. Before I came here I had not been pull free for more than a few hours for about 14 years. I am not cured - I still fiddle too much and sometimes snap a kinky hair - but I am aware all the time, and I am looking after myself...

I had my haircut before xmas and am going to have a trim next week (and maybe some highlights as I have never been able to have highlights before!!!) I'll put up a recent pic and you can tell me what you think

Thanks - yes it is all exciting! Weirdest thing is people compliment my hair now, that is a first in my life.

I have a cold this week am all blurgh.

Honestly though - if I hadn't come here in March 2011 I wouldn't have done as well as I have, I'd still be pulling. When I arrived here I was an emotional wreck, I have done a long journey.
