  Stupid dumb brain (what a way to start but it's how I feel) anyway it's like a yo yo as one day it's fine and I don't think about anything yet others it's so crap I'm stuck in a low depressed mood feeling all day. Had to force myself to go out of the house earlier to pick my medication up as I had ran out of my morning tablet If anyone has any tips for what they do on a bad day that would be awesome
