Stupid dumb brain (what a way to start but it's how I feel) anyway it's like a yo yo as one day it's fine and I don't think about anything yet others it's so crap I'm stuck in a low depressed mood feeling all day. Had to force myself to go out of the house earlier to pick my medication up as I had ran out of my morning tablet
If anyone has any tips for what they do on a bad day that would be awesome

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Your not alone in that.
I know how hard it is to get up and moving (and even when you do it might feel forced or fake) but I still believe it's one of the best things we can do.
I also try to listen to upbeat music to lift my mood.
And trying to focus on and list the things I am grateful for had also been helping.
(I received that suggestion from friends here at DS recently)
But mostly, I just keep trying to remind myself that "I will be ok"....."it will get better"
Stuff like that.
And coming here and taking to people or visiting, calling or messaging friends is great too.
I'm trying to get out of the habit of self isolating when I'm depressed..... it's a very hard habit to break. But getting out is definitely worth it.
I hope some of this helps. And you feel better soon.
