About Me
I'm a mom of 4 who's trying to age gracefully (and usually failing spectacularly) and recover from a lot of things in my life while also managing new health diagnoses. Progress, not perfection, is one of my mantras as well as live in the now. I'm learning to "sit with my feelings" and to not be reactive but instead to allow my thoughts time to coalesce instead of getting bored and taking a walk out through my mouth, which is seldom a good thing.
