  I'm so lost right now. Where do I even begin to start recovering my sense of worth and importance toy wife and kids?I have done a lot of soul searching and discovered a lot of things I never knew about myself. Some good, some ok and some that are toxic to me which results in the toxicity reaching my marriage and relationship with my kids.
