  i have been in a relationship for 7 years now and i feel so lonely now more than ever. my boyfriend works all the time and rarely has time for me. he works and sleeps. plus there is no affection at all, including sex. i have been thinking about leaving but i geuss im scared to. scared ill be alone. i just get fed up with there being no affection. i dont know what to do?

  wide awake once again. i even took trazadone.i tried just laying there, hoping i would go to sleep but to no avail. how to deal with this?

  i am sober now for a year. but i still want to drink every day, if i could i would. you see, the guy i live with wont allow alcohol in the home. i get tired of it all. i stay aggravated, i just want to sneak it in the house so bad. may i ask how you deal with these feelings and how u stay sober. thanks
